Thanks Trisha Yearwood - so true, right. Time. Place. Space. What's meant to be will always find a way.
Sit here after a super busy week. I flew home from Florida on Sunday, arriving home around 12 midnight Mountain Time. Monday morning the Bookcliff listing went live with MLS showings after having been reserved for exclusive access while I was travelling. 3 days later had multiple offers and the showings continue for backup offers.
Add in some Community Food Bank Fundraising planning and a LOVELY farm lunch at Early Morning Orchards, a Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association Board meeting, where I serve as the Board VP, nine in-person appointments with clients, 2 Chiropractor appointments (thanks Team Empowered Chiropractic in Grand Junction), a counseling appointment, a Staff Meeting presentation at Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, door knocking with an Agent in my new neighborhood downtown, a CMLA networking event and Spencer Crandall concert...it was a week.
Just finished packing for the next 9 days. A trip to Blackhawk/Denver, a Capital Day event on Monday with One Colorado, the states leading advocacy organization dedicated to advancing equality to LGBTQ+ Coloradoans and their families, and then flying out to San Francisco on Tuesday.
Packing is complete. Dining room table is still the BEST place to pack in my opinion. Hard surface to spread everything out, fold, pack. I am brining entirely waaaayyyy too much crap on this trip. Weather is unpredictable and I have no real plans other than going to cocktails with Nate/Karina (Big Dog Builders) who are doing the remodel on the Main Street House and will also be in SFO while I am there, going to see Dear Evan Hansen, and hanging out with a friend for lunch.
Main St House progress is coming along so well. the next 9 days will totally transform her into the vision I always saw when I first walked in. It'll be weird being gone for the final steps, but I am in love with the progress and can't wait to move in March 1st.
Eeek!
